I've just heard that apparently a clip has been released for soulcalibur 3, and that it is due in for 2005. 3 new characters and possibilities that it will be PS 2 exclusive. Any news updates??

It's PS2 exclusive, yes.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Gamecube version of Soul Calibur 2 sell more successfully than either the PS2 or X-box versions?
Yes but Sony have paid Namco for an exclusivity deal, which they were all to happy to agree to.
Maybe Namco will change their minds if Sony have to take the PS2's off the market.
Not possibilities of being a PS2 exclusive - it's all confirmed.

All Sony is doing is making them lose some more sales.
at this rate the GC is going to be left with no decent beat-em ups....maybe nintendo could make a follow-up on melee. Whats Namco up to!!
