Heavy guitar music hits the speakers. It’s Metallica’s “For Whom The Bell Tolls”! But who…?
Stone Edge (Jae) is here making his SRW return! He’s not scheduled to be in a match so I guess he’s got a few things on his mind. The DoA leader slowly walks down to the ring. The fans boo but he just feeds off their hatred! He stares down the ramp at the ring, not looking too happy.
The former Light-Heavyweight Champion eventually makes it to the ring and walks around to the commentator’s table where he picks up a microphone. He then slides under the bottom rope into the ring. The fans boo louder as Stone Edge brings the microphone to his mouth. He smiles…
“I see you like my new entrance music.”
*A mixed reaction*
“Yeah. I agree. It’s damn good.”
Stone Edge grins before carrying on…
“There’s a few reasons why I’m out here tonight. First of all, I’m guessing that you’ll all want to know the status of DoA…”
*Boooooo*
“There is none! Well, for now anyway. Electron (Tazz) and The Rat (allardini) have left SRW and I’ve no idea where Stone Cold (?) is. That leaves me and Krusher (Lipe), which isn’t really much of a faction to be honest…
…So we need replacements. Want to join the greatest faction in this damn company? Prove yourself TONIGHT! Yeah. That’s right. Stone Edge will be watching you! But don’t get too nervous at your big chance cause if you mess up, you’ve no chance.”
*WHAT?*
“Ah, shut the hell up! Moving on…”
*The @ss-hole chants begin to kick in*
“I said shut it! Right, the next thing I want to talk about is gold.”
Stone Edge grins…
“Everyone knows that I’m the best there has ever been in this company so where’s my proof? Well, I think it’s about time I get it. Reaver, I know you’ve probably got everything sorted for weeks regarding the title but I’m taking all those plans out the window. The winner of tonights match had better watch their back cause Stone Edge is coming for them…
…Expect the unexpected.”
Stone Edge throws his microphone down on the mat before sliding out of the ring and walking to the back with a smirk on his face.
It looks like DoA is out of action temporarily, but Stone Edge seems to have the Heavyweight Championship on his mind more than anything.
Tune in to SRW Eclipse next week to find out what Stone Edges next move will be…
