I know I pay over £200 a month in tax:
So I can wait four hours if I need to get picked up by an ambulance.
So I never see a policeman in my town.
So I have no choice but drive to work (to go by train I'de have to go all the way into Liverpool St, from Braintree, and then back out to Bishops Stortford. I laugh at the suggestion of a bus).
So I also have to pay ridiculous amounts of tution fees for university, and have to get a loan, instead of a grant.
But why do I pay N.I? Is it so I also have to save for my pension 'cos there's no f#####g chance I'll get a government one?
