Yet he's only lost one competitive England game since he's been in charge and that was against the World Champions i believe. Ignorant or not he gets the job done.
yes, he does ignore talent.
Phil Neville is a competent defender, but not a flamboyant one. He is also damn good at playing on the left wing, having often deputised for Giggs at United. I can never remember him being played on the left flank for England though. But then again, Alan Thompson, our best left winger, is never played in internationals anyway.
