Go out to a club with some students you know or babysit your wee brother? The former is obviously the choice that most of you would pick but it's more of a "How can I get out of babysitting my wee brother" question instead of one on preference. I don't think he needs one but my parents are over protective of him and I don't think I can get out of it without my Mum cancelling her night out but then she wont be drunk when I get home so she'll notice I am. I can't tell her where I'm going because she just wouldn't let me go. She'd throw a fit so if it's hard to make an excuse to get out of it without making her suspicious. So far I am thinking of saying I'm going to a late showing at the cinema with a mate. She wont be happy about me going late but if I tell her mates are going and it's only the cinema she'll let me go.

I am thinking of telling her the cinema excuse and emphasising the fact that my bros 13 so he should be quite capable of staying home alone for a few hours especially since I wont be going out till quite late anyway and they'll be coming home sometime early night. Don't know if this is going to work though. Can any of you sympathise with my situation or can any of you tell me what you would do? Thanks.

I surprise myself sometimes Cookie, and as for hiring a babysitter that'll be shining! It doesn't matter though, they moved it by a day because some of them had work so I'll have MORE money to go out with and no problems with going:D

Nope, found £40 in me wallet. That's normally where I keep my money though so I don't think it qualifies as finding it. Don't tell Jesus though J Nash!...well actually, those robes can't hold money for very long. KA CHING!
