Is there a cable for Xbox to output to a DVI connection?

Yup.

Tis a shame because my TV supports both DVI-A, DVI-D and HDMI.

There isn't such a thing as true HD-DVD yet but I have an upscaling DVD player which I output via HDMI in either 1080i or 720p (depending on how well the source material handles each) and the results are fecking amazing.

Both Component Video and RGB have analog signals though which is a bummer, Xbox 2 should though.

Xbox games even at 480p look so much better than standard. 720p is sexual and if you can, grab Enter the Matrix for 1080i.

Component is the best/only straight connection for HDTV though.

Yes, so component is the best available for Xbox?

Shame, not so bad though.

Nope. I use Component Video Input for my Xbox and then HDMI for my DVD player. Is it for HDTV?
