something i used to do was just make a Freeserve dial-up account and use their webspace. To get past their banners direct ur domain to /index.htm or whatever the index page is. However u can only upload through the dial-up. Go to www.freewebspace.net for tons of links.

If u want to start from scratch how much do u already know? If u want to code it urself in HTML there are plenty of tutorials etc on the net. However if u want to use a package I personally recommend Dreamweaver, it may give lots of redundant code but it gets the job done and professionally. Lots of help for that and i think there is a demo.

Exactly what do u mean by template? Is it another page like the one or just a design?

Need any more help?
