After returning to do some designs on Photoshop, i realised that when i clicked the File > New, and Layer > Layer Styles Menu's that i had a problem. When i attempt to open these menu's, the main window becomes inactive, so i assume a window is opening, except it doesnt, the window doesnt open, so i am now unable to create new documents. I tried hooking up the second monitor again as i thought that it might be on another area of the desktop, but i still cant find it... I've reinstalled Photoshop, still with no luck. Any ideas what has gone wrong? This laptop now has very little use, i cant use it for music, as Sonic Stage isnt compatible, and now I can do any graphics for my websites as Photoshop has ceased to let me do anything :S

I'm having a little trouble with photoshop myself. I can't paint onto PSD images in any other colour than white. It shows on the colour box that it's another colour, but on the image is white. When doing it on gifs or jpegs, or any other image it's fine.

I assume that the window does open, but when i press enter it comes up with a window that tells me the scratch files are full, but i cant see how that would stop the New menu from displaying...

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
