I've thought about this one before.
Assuming we are talking about hot women, most likely lesbian porn, then my theory is that we like it because there is twice as much female nudity compared to it being a girl and a guy. But not only that, on a subconscious level at least we probably want to be the guy, and as such are jealous, detracting from it all. But with lesbians, we don't feel jealous.
