It is a sad situation.
On the plus side: English bloke will never have to pay for a Mr Whippy again, if wearing his uniform when he orders...

Although these things are, unfortunate to say the least, it must be remembered that this very rarely happens, and on the whole, the vast majority of the police officers are just there to help, and 'protect and serve'.
