Another sleepless night. I don't normally stay online at night, even when I'm doing nothing in particular, but I've got a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach tonight that makes me not even want to lie down. I hate trying to get to sleep, my mind gets way too over active and I start playing over the day again and again, and i hate doing that. Rant over.
ditto. happens to me a lot, really messes up my sleeping pattern
It's a real pain in the ass.
Tend to find that when I've got a load on my mind i can't fall asleep.
Umm, well, lots of things on my mind at the moment, some of which I've mentioned here before like the operation and bloody crap luck I've had lately, like the broken leg on Saturday night.
