1. Go out side at sunset and look at the sky.
2. At about 8:30 pm go down stairs make youself a cup of tea/coffee depnding on which you like. Go upstairs make a bath NOT a shower.
3. After being in the bath for about half-an-hour go climb in bed.
4. watch telly or read a book. if youre watching telly make sure its a comedy or swomething that will not put you down.
5. go to bed and say out loud It might be bad now but there is a tommorow.
6. When you wake up say to yourself out loup "ive got a feeling its gonna be a nice day today".
That will make you happy for a day or two or three!!!
