As much as i was intent on not returning yet i thought this deserved a response.
Sensitive people by their nature are easy to upset.
Until i was about 13 i could see myself going that way, i was always lashing out at anyone who upset me, after talking to my mum after an incident, i decided that i didnt want to go down that route, so i had to learn to control it.
i think it has helped to a extent, but the problem i have now is that it used to be, get angry, lash out, and then that was the end of it. now it takes a lot to get me angry, but i'm more extreme in the way i handle thing's.
i've not lost it with anyone for over 3 years, and it takes something severe to provoke me now.
