Now I already know that you need to install a Mod-Ship on a PAL PS2 to make it able to run copied NTSC games. But what if have an NTSC console, would I still have to install a Mod-Ship in order to run NTSC copied games ?

If you have an NTSC console you can play NTSC games with no need for a mod chip
