Wherever you go someone has an opinion on what so and so should have done, or who should and shouldn't be in the team.
And have you also noticed that the more ill-informed they are, the louder they seem to be in their critcism!
There are people just waiting to knock our England team, and even after 3 wins they swear that we're useless, and criticise the team selection.
Others think that a few wins means we'll win the World Cup!
So what is it about football that makes everyone an expert?
Building a decent team is all about finding players who blend and compliment one another and have the right attitude. You can only judge that but watching how players perform on the training pitch day in day out, and this is why most teams have one or two players in their teams that perhaps would not be a choice of most supporters.
Look how much stick Didier Deschamps has taken during his career. He always gets slated by fans wherever he plays and was even labelled a 'water carrier' by David Ginola. However, I would say he has more trophies and medals in his cabinet than any other modern day player (World Cup, European Championship, Seria A, FA Cup, League Cup.............). Not only has he done it a International level but has won top honours in FOUR different countries. Not bad for a 'water carrier' and someone so unpopular with the fans. How many trophies has David Ginola got I wonder ?.
the reason why football is such a great sport is that everone can have their opinions and visions, using their knowelge, so in a sense everone is an expert, Gianluca Vialli had no managerial experience before Chelsea yet once he becomes a menager is he suddenly deemed an expert? well ill let you ponder that for a while, everyone can voice an opinion and only the performances can be the judge of that...
