Every Saturday , I go to privata classes at 2:00 O'clock , and then return home at aout 5:30 , and today when I got back I noticed something strange when I turned on my pc , the recycle bin was full , and I am absolutely sure that I never leave any files in the recycle bin , I always empty it after deleting any files , so I opened it , and I found porn , so I knew that my brother was watching porn while I was away , offcourse I won't tell my parents , and I don't know what to do , should I talk to him or what ?? Can anyone help me please ?

Is he older or younger than you? If he's older I doubt he'll care you know and you can tell your parents all you want. They expect it of us damn it! If he's younger use it as leverage and blackmail him with it.
