Sorry to plague you all with my Ebay and PayPal questions (I'm like SUCH an amatuer) but when I am requesting a paypal payment does it need to be to the email address I am registered with for PayPal or Ebay?

I used an NTLworld email to join up with Ebay but my hotmail for Paypal.

I want answer, and soon.

Your hotmail one - it must be the one you have registered with Paypal. I'd consider changing your Paypal one to the NTL one as well - more reliable.
