This morning, Conker's Bar Fur Day arrived. It's a great game, well worth getting. I've played for five and a half hours so far, and my only gripe is that the camera angles are a bit limited - other, than that it's excellent. I currently have $800 (why didn't they change it to Ł for the UK version? lasyness?) and I've just collected some cogs for some mean dude cog (yes, the clockwork mechanism type 'cog') and been told: "Thanks. Now f*** off". This game is hilarious!
Anyway, this isn't a review (God forbid I should ever write one of those!) but playing this just reminded me how generous this Gameaday thing really is. I claimed this back in early January, and I've only won once in five months, and though that's not great compared to some (most?) of you regulars, it's far more than I've ever won on any other form of competition. I suspect the same goes for most of you too (except FM, obviously). Despite this, complaints stil surface frequently, whether by somebody who hasn't won in x months, or by a newer contributor who has yet to win. Why? Should people really be expecting to win every now and then just because they try? The very fact that most people reading this mesage will have won at least once is a testament to just how generous this competition is. Perhaps (or indeed, blatantly) I only feel strongly enough about this to write about it because I'm in the europhic state of having just recieved a game, but for the moment at least, I'm not even jealous of Grix or Meka ;)

I'm gonna choose it for my gameaday win. But I haven't finished Majoras Mask or No Mercy (because of the glitch)yet, so it will be interesting to see how my brain copes.

Single player is a little too short in my opinion. It took me 17:48:29 to do it. That's not long, for an adventure game. Great stuff though. I'll be playing the matrix scene for weeks ;)

Honestly though, I'll get a chance to give the single player game a good thrashing this way, and test out the multiplayer to see if it's worth getting for myself, or if I can survive on a borrowed copy!

I have it and I can't get of the multiplayer modes, they are so great you can help each other or go against!
This is a great game and I haven't played more then 20 mins of the single player.

I wake up at 6:30 and there is no post, after wiping my tears, decide that I better go onto college as it would be beneficial to my future, into college I go and then at 4:00-ish when I come back...I chill...after chillin' before I have work I decide that I will go and say Hi to mum who just gets in....
"There is a White Box for you son"...She Says

I dash up stairs to by bedroom....alas...no white box...I figured she meant the the Pokémon Snap box but no.....I then decide to take a trip down the stairs, I literally fell running for my game...bearing in mind I am 17 I find this a TAD worrying!
Anyhoodle....I take a glance left...then right....A ha.....Up come the dollar signs and I see the box......suspense suspense, As I open the thing.....

I get back from my 4.5 hour shift at Sainsbury's and find my Dad and Sister watching TCM...
"I got my new game today...." I say in a pathetic attempt to cue them for the line...
