I have Windoes XP. And I want to install windows 98, so I need to restart my PC in MS Dos in order to install it, but I can't use a start-up disk because my floppy disk drive is broken, so is there another way to start my computer in MS Dos mode ?

Insert your 98 disc, and you should be able to format your hard drive from there. XP is pretty stable now, though... are you SURE you want to go back to 98?
