"Help me Identify this song..."

Ok, the video for this song was following a Milk Carton type thing, that walked around the streets.

Some distinguishable scenes from the video are something that go like these:

The milk carton bloke sees a lady milk carton over the road. She gets ran over.

At the end of the video, the milk carton blokey is looking through the window at the band.

Anyone remember this video? it was on a while back, wanted to know what song it was.

I can tell you straight up, that it was "Some coffee and a bit a TV" by The Blur.
