Iv'e seen it twice, i am still amazed at how good the 10 year old (more like 13-14) guitar player and drum player are.

Ive just watched Shallow Hal on Sky movies, and that had Jack Black in too. Very funny, and a good story to boot.

I want to see it, mainly for the classic rock.

Yes it should be in the movie forum but I just came back from seeing it and this is conveniant. Yes it is AMAZING full stop. I am very impressed by Jack Black's latest movie as it really does do him justice. I thought Shallow Hal was ever so slightly not right for him although I really did enjoy that. This is not only perfect for him though but it puts to rest the thoughts of anyone who ever questioned his acting abilities.

It was good. However, I'm fairly certain that the credits did feature the real musicians and not just child actors.

I haven't seen it yet, but it should be pretty damn good, seeing that the soundtrack is full of great music from the likes of Led Zeppelin and The Darkness, and the fact that Jack Black is a rockstar himself now that he's in Tenacious D.

Hasn't he been in Tenacious D for AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAges? I remember when they released that song "The Greatest Song In The World" and I think they were famous before that too.

That was their first release.
