Growler your troubles are solved.
Im pretty sure your missing bomb is where I couldent fint it.
At the statue where you disarm the second or first bomb as you face it there is a wall to the left or right. Follow that wall along and you will find a alley to walk down follow it along and your there.

I remember that bomb, it pis sed me off i couldn't find it for the longest time, but if you still have trouble look at your map, you'll see a small pathway on the leftside of it, just run towards it.
