I'm beginning to love this song through and through. It's utterly unique, with wonderful background noises (I forget the correct musical term, which is bad considering I have a music exam soon), and a nice flowing guitar throughout it.
Her voice (Eleanor Friedberger, Google informs me) sounds really soothing to me, which is another main attraction to it.
It's a song that's totally different to any crap I've heard recently. Admittedly, when I first heard it, I was so-so about it. But I've really *listened* to it now, and it has found its way in a somewhat towering position in my playlist, and has shot past a few personal faves of mine.
If you can, get a hold of it. It's really good.
And oh, it has feck all to do with Iceland.
