I was tempted to have Fulham to draw with Man United, but decided not too.
Oh well, at least I won just over £7 on having an accumulator on: Wigan, Bournemouth, Plymouthh and Motherwell.

As far as I'm concerned, the league IS already over. I have to agree with you. Given our current situation, the whole transfer window shambles just because we have to "get with the times", and the fact that Arséne Wenger runs a very good side with great consistency; things'll never change, this season.
If anything, we'll even throw-away 2nd place to Chelski...
However, I can't see us losing to Fulham so-easily. The FA Cup is the only thing that's really still 'alive' for us, at this moment in time. I don't think we have a great chance of going all-the-way (since Arsénal are still in it), but it certainly isn't over yet, in my view.
Fulham aren't the best of sides - and losing Louis Saha won't have helped them. They're just the kind of team we need right now, with the right kind of balance in them. We CAN beat them, when all-else appears to be going wrong.
The League and Champions' League are both as-good-as finished with, but the FA Cup is still very-much a possibility (for the next round or-two, anyway...).
