If i can get my normal 512K (pipex) fixed then we will be getting 2MB, but we want to sort out the one we have now first.

Belldandy the majority of services are based in India. BT have a huge setup in India and whenever I have a problem they are the ones who I speak to.

Decided to go for Pipex 23.44 a month, no charge for the migration thing and they sort it all out. Can't be any worse than Tiscali was...somewhere in India there is probably a call centre tape with an irate english person shouting at someone on...well actually there is probably quite a few such recordings...

Same here, really. The only things that have gone wrong have been down to BT being crap; giving us a faulty line which they're yet to sort out.

I am with pipex, their service and customer service is excellent.
I was only complaining because i have a weak line, the computer connects to a phone point more then 10 meters away from the main point which results in it D/C.
But yer their customer service is very good, and i know about 7 people all with pipex broadband and they have never had any problems.

I've used Pipex for years and had no problems. On the very rare occasions the network goes down it's possible to find out why and when it's going to be back up.

Yes, I do.

It's been entirely faultless since I got it just under a year ago. No idea about tech support - never used it.
