Where can you turn people lights off?
If you switched them off while someone was chopping carrots, and they accidentally chopped off a finger, would you get prosecuted for ABH?
Not much happening in Tehran by the looks of it. I like the sound of turning people's lights off though.

they must get to the stage where switching the light on or off becomes an instinct reaction. the rage slowly builds inside until one day they climb a clock tower with a rifle and a pocket full of rounds, and 'purify' the locals.
perhaps they should extend it, so you can switch on the oven, toaster, iron, washing machine and shaver.
