How do you get something off your mind? Theres a tought in my head that i cant get out! I wont mention it becoase itll be back on my mind.
I want to get it off my mind and this is my only source of communication that listens (or in your case reads) to me and doesnt laugh at me and then dont take the mickey about it. Do you know a quick solution to get rid of a thought. I CANT SLEEP AT NIGHT, SERIOUSLY

Britney baby and outer heaven have said i should not plays sonic for a week and im going to try and do it. All my freinds and i think im to obsessed with it. i cant sleep sometimes becoase it goes throught my head.

There is no way to "get something off your mind" longterm. it's impossible. The only thing you can really do if its become an obsession is to try and wean yourself off it. its not easy, but its the only real solution Buck.
