I like to ask questions about little things I dunno the answer to, so here it goes.

An ATI Card (9200) will work with a Mobo (Gigabyte GA7N400E-L) with nForce2, wont it? I know the answer is yes, well i think I do, but can someone confirm this please?

It will be fine, as you Motherboard supports AGP 8x (would work on a 4x anyway...).
