"WHAT'S THE GAME?!"

I was going to buy a GBA game but the title slipped my mind. It's a racer with a top down view like micro machines and it might have been called something like 'Gem Something Racers' (maybe not) or something else (god, I really can't remember any of the name). I'm sure it first cought my eye on Gamespot one day and can't seem to find it again. I'm sure Gamespot gave it a 90+ score, but browsing their '24 months of GBA reviews' list doesn't seem to bring it up. I've also checked other platforms just incase like the PSP and DS, but it's not there either (well, I don't think it is). I'm sure it's already been released in the UK because I remember checking Amazon a few months ago and finding it, but now because I totally forgot the name I have no idea what it is!

I've got it on PC it's groams.

A game something like that exists. Top-down few of cars and you can pick up weapons and power-ups. Like micro machines
