Whats the website where you register for an MSN passport so that you can use other email addresses with msn messenger?

I've given up on my hotmail problem and gone to Yahoo, but I needed to assign the email an MSN pass, to use messenger.

Go to www.microsoft.com and go to downloads, look for MSN Messanger and download it, simple.
