Does anyone know if its possible to transfer files from one computer using sonicstage to another on a network using sonicstage

You'll have to copy the ATRAC/MP3's to the other PC into a new installation of SonicStage to avoid it's stupid copyright protection. Unfortunately there's no way to copy everything you already have on MD back to the PC as this is a function MD's won't support (because of it's afore mentioned copyright protection!)

No. Sonic stage is just the same as any other audio software like RealOne etc. It rips you audio into ATRAC format and stores it either on your HDD or MD. If you wanted to transfer you audio just copy it to the other PC but be careful as the DB which holds the DRM together in Sonicstage is a little ropey at best and causes loadsa headaches.
