Last year i moved from the biggest bedroom in the house to the smallest, simply because my parents said i can design it.
Its really nice and i like it, but i cant stand the size any more, its tiny.
So i asked my brother if he wants to swap, he said yes, his room is about 5 times bigger then mine so thats great.
Only thing is he has carpet, but i am allowed to put laminate flooring down.
The other thing wrong with it is that he has (and its used to be my sisters room) daisy wallpaper.
So do i swap rooms with him and then wait a while for it to be decorated or do i stick to where i am now (All newly decorated)?
My room good points:
Massive lake view (also get to see really cool big boats go past)
Park view
newley decorated
Bad points:
Gets way to hot, even with the window open
Too small

So we just moved everything in my room around and it looks twice the size now.

Go for the bigger room, but redecorate as soon as possible!
