Our billing system is effecient and reliable, Our tech support is safely in the UK, and with your webspace you have access not only to cgi with perl etc, but also free use of php, html, java scripts and applets (not server pages) and most other files and functions. You can also sign up for MySql at small quarterly cost.

This is all goes along with out free webspace and hosting offer.

Hey, £20 is better than £60! You won't regret it, trust me.

Regards,
Danny

GWD,

I can't help you with the backdate unfortunately, it's against the terms of the arrangement we've brokered to provide this deal.

At the current time I don't have a reseller scheme for broadband but e-mail me at [email protected] with the details of who you've signed up with some details of any further prospects and see if there is anything we can do for you. No promises though.

Regards,
Danny

There is no specific limit on bandwidth, however if you start to take up excessive amounts of bandwidth and cause any type of server abuse. Then we will be forced to suspend the offending account. However, this is very rare, we usually can cope perfectly well with peoples bandwidth requirements.

I am pretty interested. Do you have any kind of maximum bandwidth use policy?

I was hoping to switch away from BT but by the sounds of it they are pretty decent compared to other stories I have read. Tiscali have been bad named a few times along with AOL and Freeserve.

Tempting, I'm with Tiscali at the moment and looking to switch to someone who:

a) can actually learn how to bill a customer correctly. Tiscali recently removed nearly £100 from my account claiming I owed it them. 12 calls later and I got a refund - they blamed a computer error.

b) whose tech support has not been farmed off to India. No offence meant, but Indian tech support knows less than I do from my experience.

c) someone who lets you mess around with almost free will with your webspace, Tiscali only let you use their non existent CGI etc

The £20 activation is a bit of a downer but I guess you get what you pay for. *thinks*

BTW, anyone reading this, don't get yourself stuck with Tiscali on a 12 month contract, they suck.

Don't suppose you can back date it by a couple of months to help me out !? :) (Car 'phone warehouse backdate price drops!)
Also:
Do you offer a re-seller type scheme - I'm about to sign up my third freeola broadband customer after running a successful broadband campaign for my exchange. Other providers offer deals on this basis...
Thanks.
