Firstly, where are you resetting the time, in windows or in your bios?
Change the time in the bios, possibly even update your bios from you bios manufacturer web site......also download spybot search & destroy......you can get it from www.download.com....( i would recommend to run the update for it once installed so it has more spyware definitions), run it. Also download Ad-aware6.0 from the same site and run that, that searches and finds different spyware as well. Do all this and this should fix your problem, my clock used to always go back or forward an hour and this was resolved by doing all outlined in this message.

I was about to say, any software you install is only just another interface to the BIOS clock. It's the only way of keeping time on a computer.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
