I'm fed up of seeing people buying Zone of the Enders just for the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty demo. I have been to a few sites with people saying the demo is really good and stuff like that. Is it really worth wasting £39.99 on a game just for the demo that comes with it. I have recently bought a copy of the game and have only played the demo once. I think it is a truly great game and perhaps the best game on the Playstation 2 yet.

You play a young boy called Leo Stenbuck, an Ender, who hates death and killing. His home (The colony Antilla,) is attacked by an army of mechs and his friends are killed under the foot of another mech (or orbital frame as they are called in the game) and blames himself for their death. Leo then stumbles upon Jehuty, an Orbital Frame with a computer onboard named ADA. Jehuty is an Orbital Frame that was made to battle Resistence Fighters on Mars. After entering the Orbital Frame, Leo now has to go on an epic adventure and conquer his hate of killing and death in order to survive, using the onboard weapons to defeat the colonies attackers.

Thats the basic storyline. But the battles are what its really about. The graphics in them are fast, smooth, and just all round really cool. Someone has really spent a lot of time in making this game, and it definetly shows. If you are looking for something really stunning and spectacular to show off to your mates, this is the thing for you. If you are looking for something with great gameplay, this is for you too. ZOE really shows what the Playstation 2 is made of. A must buy for every Playstation 2 owner!

I must admit, the MGS2 demo was a huge factor in buying Z.O.E but I didnt buy the game just so I could have the demo - I always liked the look of Z.O.E and would have bought it even if the demo wasnt bundled with it - It is a fantastic game which will unfortunately always be overlooked as the game which came with that demo!!! Hopefully though the inevitable success of it will bring a sequel!!

Do you think there'll be a sequel to ZOE?

I've only seen one ending and it left it pretty open.

Has anyone got the other ending? Seems a bit tough to me!

i think ur right i just got the demo in the official playstation 2 magazine and think its excelent. And hope to get it soon. and if i win this game a day thing i will choose it. i think its wrong to buy a game just for the demo. but i do believe that the demo is going to be good. especially if its got the graphics of 'zoe' or even better!!! well this is wot i think.
i might choose gt3,or metal gear solid 2. my pc is rubbish and i think that my ps2 is the best and anyone woh thinks xbox rules or dremcast or gamecube rules suck. everyone thought dreamcast would beat ps2 but now look at it. making games for the ps2. and sonic on the ps2 will look excellent. the ironey.
i think the ps2 is real good value just think a ps2,ps,dvd,dreamcast,sega saturn, mega drive. and nintendo and microsoft will come crashing down and make games for the ps2.
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
ummm sorry about that well ok c ya im gonna get some food
