I disagree - it would be a breach of the data protection act - even if Loopy does sit on traffic cones for a living.
Data protection act, i suppose SR can't give out e-mail then.
But i agree that SR should do more than ban him, and even banned persons can still change there name and re-enter. Ban the IP adress more like. Whos in favor of that>?

That wont work unless they know for certain he uses a fixed IP.
All he'd have to do is disconnect and reconnect and his IP will change.
