I keep gettin a Ad pop-up every so often wen i close or open Internet Explorer. Sumtimes it comes up as, if u wanna remove this, download SpyHunter. you have to pay 4 this, none of my other Adware removers work!

Have you tried both Spybot and Ad-aware? Did you remember to update your definitions on each?
Note that this excellent spyware faq lists Spyhunter under malware itself, so don't fork out for it whatever you do:
