Does anyone know somewhere where I can get a blank template for a cover for the top of a CD that I can then print out and stick over the disk (if that makes sense?)
I know the measurements but I suck as drawing curves and a template is bound to be out there somewhere.

Just print something big enough and cut it out.
You can get the template from www.mega-search.net.
