Actually, I got that a bit wrong. It's the Llamasoft forums at www.yakyak.org The slogan is 'the fluffiest forums on the net'. They don't even use it anymore but people say it to new members: "Welcome to the fluffiest forums on the web" with little pictures of sheep because they like sheep. It does seem to in the same genre of adorable animal themed websites though.
