I'll add something, but first,
I call this creation "The King", after Elvis.
A bread stotty cut in half.
layer with: -
1) bacon
2) sausage
3) a waffle
4) cheese slice
5) fried egg
6) quarter pounder burger
7) cheese slice
8) bacon
9) fried egg
10) sausage
11) waffle
12) a quarter pound burger.
Top with tomato sause, and plonk the top of the stotty on.
MUST be eaten with a knife and fork.
I've have a few of these (usually after a weekend boozing) and they really hit the spot, although I could feel my arteries hardening.
Anyway, back to the sarnie.
Anchovies. Sarnies MUST have anchovies.
