I got the 1.1 Zen. Only recently been able to use firewire though. Can't do 1Gb in 20 secs, no way. But it is quick though.

My USB1.1 Zen (old model but also has firewire port) can do an album in about 30. Not bad really.

Yeh. It's probably as just using USB 2. Not sure though.
