I'm going out in a bit for my mates birthday and of course i'll be drinking. However, I have a massive headache, so is it alright to take Paracetamols then drink? Or shall i just suffer all night with a headache?
I think you'll be just fine taking paracetamol with drink, although drink will just aggravate a headache, so it's kind of pointless.
Definately do NOT take paracetamol with alcohol, even before hand. That is all.
