for anyone who taped tuesdays snooker i was there sitting behind graheme dott and steve davis( i was in all black)
as a davis fan i was far from happy with the way he played,he was bloody useless and frankly i could have beaten him.
still a excellent day out.

i can say with absolute certainty it was not cold on that arena.
davis can still play as he proved last week at the welsh open

Yes, but when he won his second frame he played well, right at the end of the frame. He may be getting old and useless, but he can occasionally still show he has it.

Yep, it was a problem for both players and Doherty coped better.

davis was bloody useless he was so bad he was apologising to the fans,as for table they both played on the same table.

From what I saw of the Doherty V Davis game, neither player played particularly wel but it just seemed like everything was rolling Doherty's way. Davis missed a few 'easy' balls, which for a player of his ability are unforgivable.

Davis mentioned that the table felt a bit damp and the ball wasn't rolling very well.
