American Pie 3: With 17 minutes of extra smut!!!!!!!!!!!....nope, seen the other two and they were a poor Porky's.
Tomb Raider 2: Almost see Nip. I will die having never seen a Tomb Raider film, and this makes me happy.
And a load of other crap that doesn't appeal whatsoever, and then on a whim and because the title made me laugh:
"Christie Malry's Own Double Entry"
Nick Moran plays a 20/30something bloke that hates his job in a bank, hates people around him and lives at home with his cancer-ridden mum.
Given to flights of fantasy (gunning down his colleagues at work), he decides to take an accountancy course and discovers the delights of double-entry book keeping.
"For every debit there is a credit".
And decides to apply this to his life. Which basically means anybody that does anything wrong to him, or "debits" him, he takes "recompense" as a credit. Be that keying a Rolls Royce that almost ran him over, making bomb hoax calls to Planet Hollywood, ordering 500 tonnes of paper before leaving his job...anybody that does anything wrong to him, then he exacts revenge in what becomes increasingly bigger, badder, nastier acts.
And falls in love with a butcher girl who uses a hoover as a sex-aid.
It's superb, I'd never heard about it anywhere and by complete chance watched a nasty, spiteful black comedy about a seriously unbalanced individual setting the world to rights.
Well acted - Nick Moran annoyed me at first with his stilted style until you realise the character was hit in the head by a wrench as a teenager - well written, superbly directed.
Don't let the title or the fact it's about an insane accountant put you off. It's most enjoyable hardly-seen film that deserves your time if you can locate a copy of it.
And my favourite fnar-fnar title that made the chimp behind the counter look at me funny.
Christie Malry's Own Double-Entry.

With low low prices and free shipping, and no charge for an order until it is sent (TAKE NOTE, espcially RE: Preorder), and reliable availability status there is no need, I think most of us already know about it :D
Though, credit where it is due, SR's price for Hyper Street fighter 2 is damn cheap, though I only know about it 'cause kittworld told me and not because of advertising...

If SR started doing DVDs properly again, I'd happily stop shopping at Play. IF you competed with their prices.

Sounds good. I'll keep an eye out for it.
