It depends. Being multi format can be a bad thing. But it can work as well. We'll see.
On the Call of Duty forums someone said their is going to be a PC expansion and the console versions will apparently be spin offs off the expansion. Sounded good until they said it was multiformat which will limit the game compeltely.
If it is a different game then even better.
Its also being released for the PS2 at the same time and possibly the GameCube alhtough nothing confirmed about a GameCube version as of yet.
No its not. Its a totally different game called Call of Duty: Finest Hour which is a completely different game to the PC version.

Yup, it's coming out towards the end of the year.

surely the better the game, the later it needs patching??
i foget which game it was, but as i remember, an Xbox game got released unfinished and was rushed out to meet the deadline, so it had to have a downloadable patch applied to it straight away to cover all the important holes in it..
