Whenever I connect to the internet , a messege appears with a countdown , telling me that the computer will shut down , and after the countdown is over , the computer shuts down , what should I do ? please help , I am dessperate

Do you have an up to date Anti Virus SOftware or Firewall?

Why waste money doing that? They'll probably charge enough when there's plenty of sites out there that could easily tell you what's wrong..
