This is happening to me, but only with about 50% of the files. I have no idea what's going on, but I think it's something to do with it being shut down in America.

Oh yeah, totally.
And now you have to download three entire programs. I just got rid of it.

I reckon that's probably because most with broadband will have moved on to eDonkey or one of its varients for easy sharing of bigger files. To be perfectly honest, CDs are that cheap at the moment my downloading has dropped pretty much to zero.
