I think Cena was meant to get the belt from him. But Cena was injured at the Rumble... (last I heard)
Be interesting to see if they have to write around the fact that he doesn't even bring the title to the ring, or if it just magically re-appears...
It's true. The Big Show won the title on the 19th October and hasn't defended it on TV once. He's defended it at house shows but they don't count.
