I was at the Metro Centre (in the North-East of England), getting a PS2 game changed (it was an early Christmas present which kept glitching up), on December 23rd, 2002. I was on the fourth level of the big Multi-Story Car Park there. Chaos. Absolute chaos.
I was sitting still for 20 minutes straight (I somehow got out of the parking space relatively easily), then suddenly, movement. See, traffic wardnes were opening up another lane so traffic oculd get out more easily...BUT they were still letting vehicles INTO the Multi-Story.
It took almost an hour to get out, and to get to the exit ramps, the car only had to move about fifteen car-lengths.
Total chaos.
