in full effect at the moment. On the COLDEST day so far this year, with snow and ice and all sorts of draughty wind type things going on, my heating conks out and I can't get ANYONE in to repair it.

My heating conked out on New Years Day two years ago and didn't get working for 4 days. 'Twas not a pleasant experience.
